Life gets hectic, your world is busy and sometimes it feels like the moments you wish you could hold onto slip through your fingertips before you get a second to hold them close. Every moment of your session has a purpose and it’s my goal to ensure I capture it. Even if it can feel like chaos in the moment, just have fun with your kids and let’s forget about the rigidness of old-school photoshoots- be yourselves and let go of expecting “perfection” because when you do, that’s when the purest moments are captured.
As a mother myself, I understand what wild means and I’m here to support you wherever I can. And, even if you may not be 100% sure about feeling comfortable in front of the camera, we will work together to make sure you and your family feel at ease but more importantly, have SO much fun!

Frequently Asked Questions
When picking outfits, what should we stay away from?
Stay away from logos or being too matchy (ie the old classic blue jeans and white t-shirts). Have fun playing with complimenting tones, prints and textures (like waffle cotton, linens, knits).
What if I need to cancel my session?
Don’t stress, although your session deposit is non-refundable, it is transferrable to a future available date!
What do we do if there’s bad weather?
If the weather isn’t looking great (ie downpour or storm), we will reschedule to the next available date and time
Do you photoshop at all?
No. I will clean up small distractions, minor blemishes or anything temporary.
When is the most ideal time for maternity photos?
Ideally, most expecting mamas prefer to shoot soon as they have a noticeable bump and/or before 34 weeks.
Do you travel for photos?
Yes! So fun! Travel fees will apply.
Do you help with outfit selection or ideas if we don’t really know what to wear or what we should bring?
Yes yes yes!! I love being part of the outfit selection process. This will also give me some ideas for our shoot prior to our session. Always bring a blanket (it will be photographed so keep colours/patterns in mind!) you can sit on incase the ground is wet or wrap yourselves up in when it starts to get a bit chilly!
Can I wear black for maternity photos?
Black can hide your bump! Especially when images are in B&W. If you prefer darker clothing, reach out and we can pick something that you will still feel comfortable in but will still highlight your baby bump during your maternity session!
What is the turnaround time for my gallery?
3 to 4 weeks for your full gallery of images.
